  • Love for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity; you will be working across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.

  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blogs, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day:

    • Evangelize as our resident storyteller, and the steward of our brand, and ensure consistency of our brand voice across all touchpoints

    • Design conversion funnels and own the generation of new sales pipeline, running experiments and A/B testing campaigns to engage and convert prospective customers. Strategize guerilla marketing and brand awareness campaigns

    • Create high-quality product content (e.g. sales enablement collateral, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses, sharable content) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.

    • Craft a thought leadership strategy including blog content and speaking engagements, and build inspiring presentations to promote the story of our product and the painpoints we solve.

    • Together with the product and biz ops team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits

    • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels. Serve as community manager for our consumer-facing experimenter groups.
