As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Scoutible, you will help define the company’s technical roadmap, alongside an ambitious, all-star team who has each other’s backs. Your role will primarily involve hands-on coding and development of our enterprise SaaS web platform and analytics infrastructure. As the team grows, technical leadership and aligning the vision and milestones we set forth as a team will become a focus as well. The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks, and has ample experience on engineering teams shipping customer-facing software products.
3+ years of web/software experience
2+ years experience developing enterprise-scale applications

What you'll be doing:
Leading the iteration of Scoutible's enterprise SaaS web platform, enabling enterprises to effortlessly utilize our game’s data and insights to make hiring decisions with unprecedented accuracy
Helping to execute the technical roadmap for Scoutible's products and apps
Enhancing the Scoutible data pipeline, implementing advanced caching solutions, budiling intensive data analysis tools for our Enterprise Application, enhancing our CI/CD pipeline, and managing both server and serverless infrastructure
Working directly with our product, game and design leads to understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch quickly.
You'll have a lot of responsibility as soon as you join - the best solution (the one you come up with) is the solution we’ll use.
You've got a successful track record of building beautiful, customer-facing web applications and backend infrastructure to support them
You are able to work independently but will ask for help when needed
You have a deep understanding of how web pages are served and deployed from the back-end, front-end, and databases while feeling comfortable jumping into either side of the stack
Good communication skills; you're able to break down concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Experience or interest in data engineering projects is a big plus (but not required)
Nice to haves:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS is a plus (not required)
Experience with unit and integration testing
Enjoy learning about video games, big data, data science, and/or AI
