Business Development, Strategic Partnerships Lead

In this role at Scoutible, you will work directly with our CEO and senior leadership team to drive key company-wide initiatives around new business opportunities. Here’s what you’ll do every day:

  • Engage with C-suite and VP level executives at global enterprise and mid-market companies

  • Build rapport with senior level executives, advising them on best practice business solutions

  • Lead the conception and execution of key strategic partnerships and business relationships

  • Manage sales opportunities using a consultative sales approach to present solutions mapped to Scoutible's platform

  • Iterate and improve BD processes to drive predictable, scalable new business

  • Mentor and coach Scoutible's existing business development team

  • Foster a culture of camaraderie, celebrating wins, continuous learning, and professional excellence on Scoutible’s client-facing team

About you:

  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills

  • 5 years of relevant business development or B2B sales experience (ideally 2+ years of management consulting and/or quota-carrying enterprise software experience)

  • 1-2 years of top performance on a technology startup team

  • 4-year college degree / MBA or advanced degree is a plus

  • Technically savvy and familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles

  • Process-driven, meticulously organized, self-motivated professional who loves to win

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with the human resources function or HR tech space is a huge asset

  • Familiarity with psychology, data science and/or artificial intelligence concepts is a bonus
